A project begins only when BSP and the customer accept a written quote, order form, or statement of work (an "Order"). The legal service provider and contracting party for a project is the party identified in that Order. The applicable Order defines the project-specific scope, price, payment milestones, schedule, revisions, ownership, and cancellation or refund terms. If these Terms and an Order differ on a project-specific matter, the Order controls to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Our Privacy Policy separately explains how information is collected and used when you visit the website or submit a form. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, written and other materials that are part of this site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by BSP or the applicable rights holder.

This site and all its contents are intended solely for personal and non-commercial use. The customers may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for their personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to the customer as a result of any such downloading or copying. The customer may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivatives, sell or participate in any sale or exploitation of the site, its content, or any related software.

Electronic Communications

When you email us or submit a website form, you authorize us to respond using the contact information you provide and to send communications relating to your inquiry or Order. You may opt out of marketing messages using the method stated in the message. Transactional or project communications may continue while they are needed to administer an active inquiry or Order. Electronic records and signatures are used only as permitted by applicable law.

A posted update does not retroactively modify an accepted Order unless BSP and the customer agree in writing. If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

Revision Policy

Revision count, eligibility, charges, request windows, and turnaround times are defined in the applicable Order. Requests are reviewed against the approved scope and the feedback supplied by the customer.

Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund eligibility, including the treatment of completed work, delivered milestones, unearned balances, and any disclosed non-recoverable third-party costs, are governed by the applicable Order and applicable law. Submit a written request through the refund form or to the contact address published on this website. A submitted request begins a review; it does not by itself establish refund eligibility. This summary does not create a separate refund entitlement or limit rights that cannot legally be waived.

Following a cancellation or refund, ownership and permitted use of drafts, deliverables, and source materials remain governed by the applicable Order or a later written agreement.

Quality Assurance Policy

We review applicable deliverables against the specifications in the Order and proofread written work before final delivery. Quality checks are part of the production workflow, but they do not promise sales, rankings, platform acceptance, or other commercial outcomes. Ownership and permitted use of project work are defined in the applicable Order.

Pricing and Promotions

Prices, included services, payment milestones, and any approved promotion are stated in the applicable Order. Promotions do not combine unless the written offer says otherwise. Website copy does not create a price-match commitment or an automatic discount.

To the extent permitted by law, this website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise continuous website availability, complete security, or that general information on the website will be suitable for every customer’s circumstances. Project deliverables and express project obligations remain governed by the applicable Order; this website disclaimer does not eliminate those obligations.

Publishing, distribution, sales, rankings, reviews, media coverage, platform acceptance, and other third-party or commercial outcomes depend on factors outside BSP’s control and are not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or customer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
